Salary Advance Application

An advance against salary, up to ₦500,000.00 per staff in a calendar year, recovered by monthly salary deduction.

Before you begin

You need three guarantors: one member of the College's management, one other member of staff, and one external guarantor from outside the College.
The external guarantor must attach 6 months of bank statements as evidence of ability to repay, ending within the last 60 days.
Repayment is by monthly deduction from salary and may not exceed 33% of your net pay.
You need at least 6 months of continuous service. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

I authorise Oasis College of Nursing Sciences to recover the amount, together with any approved charge, by deduction from my monthly salary until it is fully repaid, and to recover any outstanding balance from my terminal benefits should I leave the service of the College before repayment is complete. I understand that the College may verify every detail given here, including with my guarantors and their banks, and that a false declaration may lead to the application being refused and to disciplinary action.
